½ Cup of Vanilla Soy Milk
1 pinch salt
7 ounce can diced Green Chile Peppers
1 Cup of diced Chives
½ cup of Swiss Cheese
4 ounce of Goat Cheese
1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup melted butter

COOKIN’ EGGS CITY COOKHOUSE STYLE
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9 inch round baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix the eggs, cheeses, and salt. Stir in the chives, green chile peppers, melted butter. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
Bake 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Reduce heat to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C), and continue baking for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool slightly, and cut.
